6 Months....

I can hardly believe I am sitting down to write this post! My baby girl is 6 months old! In the last few weeks Brinley has really taken off, she's sitting like a champ and developing quite the personality. But her biggest accomplishment after turning 6 months old was getting her 1st tooth at 6 months and 1 week on the dot. She's still working on getting it all the way through..but it's there! She's being a total champ and although she's fussy I know it could be much worse!

Here's a list of Miss Brinley's favorite things at 6 months:
- playing bouncy bouncy on the bed with Daddy
- pulling, eating, and playing with hair (she especially loved Aunt Gracie's long hair)
- sitting up
- playing with her new penguin toy, elephant ball toy, and any other "big" kid toys
- cheerios (love, love, loves them!)
-peaches, green beans, and sweet potatos


While trying to take her 6 month picture, Brinley showed off her face making skills....

Her stats from her appointment:

Height: Apparently the nurse has no idea how to measure babies with their new system...height differnce in 3 months .5 inches...I don't believe it and neither does our doctor, so one of these days I'll measure her myself

Weight: 15lbs 1 oz (28%) that's up 3 lbs from her last appointment. Doctor is happy with that growth, so no supplementing needed for us!
