Brinley is 3 months!!

I'm a little behind, but I just had to share the video of Brinley laughing on Monday!

I can't believe Brinley is 3 months already! I swear earlier this week I looked at her and she no longer looked like a newborn, she looks so big these days. It seemed to have happened over night!

Brinley is an awesome baby. She's still sleeping through the night and well into the morning (she wakes up around 7-8 to eat then goes back down until 10ish!). This month she has really started to do well at tummy time and of course she started giggling!!

Brinley's favorite things this month include: her stuffed cow Callie, telling Mommy and Daddy about her day, taking long walks after dinner, and bath time!

                
                 

The Best Sound in the Whole World....

Yesterday Brinley gave me the best Mothers Day present ever...her very first giggle! It was hard work getting it out of her, even though she's been so close for over a week now. It was the most amazing sound even though it was just a quick fleeting giggle and I was so glad Ryan and I were both there to hear it.

Tonight we lost power, so as it got dark we head over to Jimmy and Lisa's. I had Brinley on my lap and I was determined to get another giggle out of her...and boy did I. Tonight we had a few full on giggles! It was so amazing...I even cried!!

Best Buddies...

Yesterday Brinley and I headed to have a play date with Alex and Jake. These little boys will always be my "babies" even though they are now 3 and 2! I was their nanny for 2 1/2 years. I simply adore them and their family.
The boys LOVE Brinley...seriously love her! It's adorable to hear them talk to her "hi, baby girl" "you're so cute" I love it...it just makes my heart happy!

Just Because....

Brinley is super adorable these days! I love watching her and I spend most of my days trying to make her laugh (she's SO close!) and smile! We have also been trying out some of her toys the last few days, she likes most of them but she really took to a stuffed cow we got as a gift at one of her showers. It's legs are skinny so she can grip them and she loves chewing on his ears. I think this new favorite needs a name..but we're still working on that!

Brinley also loves her Daddy! She always gives him big smiles when he comes home. Tonight I went to switch the laundry and came back to see this going on in the kitchen :)
