Wordless Wednesday....

Brinley is blessed with many amazing family and friends we got to see some of them while we were home last week.....

And here is a family picture I'll sneak in simply because it's the best one we've had taken in awhile...

Eggs, Eggs, and More Eggs

Easter was a little untradtional this year as we spent most of the day driving so we could get Ryan to the airport. We did however, get to spend the morning at Alli and Josh's and they made us breakfast and Brinley had her first Easter egg hunt!

On Monday my Dad wanted to see Brinley hunt eggs in the grass, so Brinley got the chance to find eggs again...

She's too cool for school :)

Memphis Zoo Day....

The weather was perfect on Saturday so we packed up and headed to the Memphis Zoo. Brinley loves the animals and had a blast. The Memphis Zoo is pretty cool and we really enjoyed it...plus they have Pandas...how cool is that?!?!

Catching Up....

Wow, it's been awhile! Our life has been crazy in the last few weeks! Two weeks ago Monday our house flooded when our upstairs neighbor's toilet broke. We've been out of our house since then and will be out for awhile, while the 3 insurance companies involved fight over who is liable for the almost $7,000 worth of damage. We are prepared for a long fight...good thing I know a good attorney :)

The week our house flooded was also the week we had a trip planned to St. Louis and Memphis.. It was a welcomed distraction from our housing woes.
Alli and Josh work at the Peabody so we were able to stay there at Josh pulled some strings to get us an amazing room with plenty of room for Brinley to run.
Brinley loved the ducks she even learned to say "quack" for the occasion...

These ducks have a pretty swanky living space...

I was also really excited to take Brinley in the pool. I was hoping she's love the pool as much as she loves the bath and I think it was fair to say she's a pool fan!!

We gave Brinley eggs to play with in the pool, while my Mom was changing her after swimming she took off her swim diaper and found an egg in her swim diaper...I have absolutely no idea how she did it :)
